“Super easy to design the sign on the website, and select options. Reasonable price too. Fantastic communication throughout the process. Item delivered quickly, and well packaged. The sign is fantastic! Beautiful slate and the wording is spot on. Oiled option was selected, and I’m glad we did! Easy to install too. Absolute fantastic service and process throughout and couldn’t recommend enough, thanks.”

“As per my trustpilot review weeks ago you ignored and chat you read, ignored then said would email and completely ignored. Awful company zero customer service Below it gives options when did the company redpond within a day, a week etc. they didn't respond at all there's no option for that”

It appears that you began a conversation with our chat bot and logged off a few minutes later before the chat was assigned to a live agent. From reading your initial chat conversation with the chat bot it appears that your sign had some damage.
