“Communication from UK Sign Shop is excellent. The product is of a high standard and I am very pleased with it. The reason for only 4 stars was their choice of courier. The courier maintained a delivery had been attempted and they would try again, but CCTV proved no attempts had been made. After waiting a week for the second attempt and hearing nothing I contacted UK Sign Shop who established the courier had lost my sign. Another one was made and sent by a different courier, who unlike the first one kept me informed and made a succesful delivery. Had they used this other courier first time round I would definitely have given 5 stars. Order placed 2 August 2024 eventually arrived 20 August 2024”

“Poor customer service and there was a fault on my product but they let it go out anyway. When it hadn't arrived after being with the courier for 5 days, I was fobbed off with a standard reply telling me to wait 7-10 days before contacting them, even though I told them of my special circumstances. i.e. it was a present and I was taking it to the USA the following week. After 9 days of chasing it with EVRi and them, it finally arrived but I was disappointed in the product. I know slate is a natural product and does have blemishes, but this is so prominent I can't believe their quality control allowed it to go out. I will admit, I shouldn't have left it to the last minute and I must say they did give me £15 back, but I'd rather have a better product than the money. Lesson learned on my part.”

I understand how frustrating it can be when you have special circumstances, and I regret that our response didn't meet your needs. I have looked into this for you and can see that from the point of ordering, to the delivery of your product it was 10 working days. We do advise on our website at checkout that delivery is within 7-10 working days, so we were still within our timeframe, although I understand it Is frustrating that it was with Evri for quite some time. This is why we do advise the delivery length to ensure that we are covered for any delays in shipping. Regarding the slate surface, because it is a natural product it does have pyrite and veins which I can see from your product, there were some veins in the surface. This is advertised on our website, but I am glad that our customer service team were able to provide a gesture of goodwill partial refund. If you have any further concerns or need assistance, please feel free to reach out to our customer care team. We value your feedback and hope to make your next experience a better one. “From the ordering process to delivery everything was handled very professionally. This was the first time I had needed to order a sign but I felt that the on line ordering was straightforward and very clear. Delivery was prompt and I was kept up to date with tracking the order. The product was incredibly well wrapped - there must have been 10m of bubble wrap! The quality was, as promised, of a very high standard All in all, I would recommend to anyone wanting a high class sign.”
