“Easy to order. So simple with images of what your sign will look like. Arrived on time. Well packaged and the sign was in pristine condition. Because our bricks are very hard and are death to drill bits I secured with no more nail bonding stuff. This worked a treat. Would recommend.”

“We were attracted by the great range of options available and how you could see the personal design on the website. The order to delivery time was very efficient. Sadly the sign got slightly damaged in transit but UK sign shop quickly provided a replacement. I was really pleased with their customer orientated approach and efficient resolution to the problem. We love the sign too!”

“My new sign arrived quickly. I was very pleased with the colour of the metallic-green back plate and the clarity of the overlaying number disc. We had to look online for the fixing instructions, couldn't make the QR code open anything, so would have appreciated paper insert, but it was easy to put up and looks very good.”

“Although the customer service was relatively good, unfortunately the quality of the product left a lot to be desired with glaring issues. Upon delivery of an engraved slate house sign, the white paint used in the engraving had leached out onto the surrounding areas. When reported the company sent out a second sign but this time all the characters were not aligned correctly.. This company suffers from extremely poor pre-delivery inspection, two attempts and still issues..They really need to improve.. Sorry Sign Shop but you had your chance and failed.”

“Flimsy. The numbers were transfers which had scratched and become damaged by normal handling as we fixed it to the wall. Put it in the bin.”
