“2nd order from these guys, well packaged and good quality product. The 2nd order was missing the fixings, but fortunately, I only needed the sign to replace the previous one, so it didn't matter.”

“Ordered for a slate house name and number and paid extra for slate to be oiled and paid extra for next day delivery, item was delayed and wasn't delivered next day and when it finally arrived it was damaged due to poor packaging and postage. Requested for a replacement which arrived with dents and the slate was not oiled as the first one Really not happy with the services Won't recommend to anyone”

“Paid extra for next day delivery but order arrived without stand offs. I sent an e mail which was ignored. Tried chat. You have to put in information which it then repeats asking again. Absolute rubbish. Then it says it would be looked at in 24 to 48 hours. Thats not good enough for something that I wanted the next day. So I had to wait until they were open to phone. Missing parts were sent to me that day but I had to ask for them to send them next day delivery. Refund of the extra I had paid for next day delivery ws refused as they had used the express service to process my sign.”
