“On opening the package I was disappointed not to find a printed fitting instruction, although it points you to online fitting instructions which I accessed only to find my sign the Baxter was not included on the list. I ordered a standoff fixing kit and again I was disappointed to find ferrous screws and not stainless steel, as we all know with our climate it would not be long to see rust stains down the wall which for the price easily corrected. I chose the clear acrylic front to improve the overall quality look to the sign as you suggested only to be disappointed because the light reflects of it causing the sign to be hard to read and definitely doesn’t Pop out at you like I had hoped. The acrylic front is not fused to the back in anyway so I can see a problem with the weather ingress and degradation of the sign.”

Hi Brian, Thank you for your feedback, Our signs are supplied with online installation guidance rather than printed instructions. In this case, the images shared during our email correspondence showed the panels installed directly on top of each other. The stand-offs are designed to create a gap between the acrylic front and the back panel so that water can run down and off the sign. Once installed using the stand-offs as intended, this issue should not occur. Kind regards, UK Sign Shop
