“After several emails to uk sign shop I’m still waiting for my order. Apparently Amazon returned the parcel to them stating it was undeliverable?? I’m left with no item and having to pay a further shipping fee if I want to obtain my delivery! I am not happy !”

Thank you for your feedback Elizabeth. We’re sorry for the frustration caused by the delivery of your order. We arranged an investigation with the courier, who advised that their tracking scan showed the parcel had been rejected and was being returned to us. However, the driver had not captured GPS location data, so the courier was unable to confirm whether the delivery attempt had been made at the correct address. We allowed the courier’s return window to be completed, but unfortunately the parcel was not returned to us. Once this return period had ended, we offered you the choice of having the sign remade and dispatched free of charge, or receiving a refund. You chose to receive a refund, which we arranged accordingly. We’re sorry that the delivery did not go as expected and appreciate your patience whilst we investigated the matter with the courier. “Happy enough with my order. Though, wish I knew how to ask for larger print size in the online page. Maybe I should've just picked up the phone. But by and large I have no complaint. It's up on the door and looks just fine.”

“Sadly we had two attempts at receiving our sign, the first had the holes already drilled which were not level, one visibly higher than the other. On receiving our replacement sign it was exactly the same as the first sign. Obviously a problem in production and I’m sure we’re not the only customer experiencing this problem”
