“The first sign sent had quite a few imperfections, so having contacted the UK Sign Shop explaining the sign sent was not representative of what was shown on the website, the customer service team sent a replacement as a gesture of good will. We are very pleased with the replacement sign, which is now proudly on the front of our house.”

“I had a small issue with the slate sign I ordered. I made contact with the company via email and received excellent service. They were prompt in responding and dealt with my issue the same day. The slate sign was of good quality, prompt postage and well packaged. I would definitely use this company again.”

“We ordered an ivy way slate sign. It looked great so we ordered another to go on both sides of our driveway walls. We had them supplied with the oil option which I think makes them look better and hopefully look nice for longer. Delivery was as promised”
