“Sign itself was fine but poor delivery provided by Amazon. On your website, it states: "Standard Delivery Orders are dispatched via Whistl". Hence I chose Standard Delivery. On closer inspection, the website also states: "Fast Track Service: Dispatched within 2-4 working days. Orders are dispatched via Amazon Couriers on a 2 Day Service". I did NOT choose Fast Track Service and my sign was NOT delivered within 2-4 working days. Therefore, I do not understand why Amazon was used as the courier. I avoid usig Amazon for ethical reasons. Furthermore, I received ZERO emails to let me know to expect an Amazon delivery. As a result of this, when I received an SMS with a dodgy-looking link in it, I assumed it was a scam. I did not click on the link to check what it was because, as previously stated, I do not order items from Amazon. I will not be using your website again if you continue to use Amazon.”

To clarify the delivery point, Standard Delivery is dispatched via Whistl, which is a carrier rather than a final-mile courier. Whistl then passes parcels to partner networks such as Amazon Shipping, Evri, or Royal Mail, depending on factors including size, weight, location, and availability. This is standard practice and means that while Whistl manages the service, the final delivery may be completed by one of their partners. Fast Track orders are sent on a faster, premium service (typically Amazon 2-day or DPD next-day if required), which differs from Standard Delivery in speed, not in exclusivity of courier branding. Our dispatch team may also make operational adjustments where necessary to ensure timely delivery. In relation to notifications, shipment confirmation and tracking details were sent when the order was dispatched. We understand your concern regarding unexpected SMS messages and appreciate that caution, however these would have been linked to the tracking information provided. On our website, there is a live preview function which allows customers to see and approve the layout before finalising their order. In this case, the details were entered on one line, which affects the appearance of the lettering.
