“I have used the Sign Shop a couple of times before. Each time great service and product. Unfortunately this time my slate sign arrived damaged which was down to the delivery company I believe and not the UK Sign Shop. I emailed and let them know. Immediately they got back to me. They apologised, gave me an unexpected discount for my inconvenience which I did not ask for and sent me a re order. Couldn't ask for more. Will continue to use the company and recommend”

“Really weighty slab of slate which will hopefully last for years. Good lines of communication from start of process to the end. One minor disappointment. The depth of engraving of numbers and letters was not as ‘deep’ as expected. Even allowing for this, an excellent product I’m very happy with.”
