“Pleased with every part of the process EXCEPT the delivery. Using Amazon delivery is too risky. As per usual, Amazon left the package on the doorstep, knocked on the door and walked right off. Didn't wait for an answer. Packages are regularly stolen from doorsteps including our street. Please consider switching courier services to one that requires receipients to at least 'sign for'. In the event of stolen parcels, this creates problems for both the customer and the business.”

“I thought I had ordered one sign which clearly displayed my house name. Instead I received three signs in which the name was so small as to be barely legible. I have queried how a business could allow something so clearly useless to be dispatched. On the plus side, they are very prompt in replying to me. Frances Waddy.”
