“Purchased for my 7 year old son, he absolutely loves it, well made with metal wheel arches as a posed to the 2 I purchased from elsewhere with plastic that got split! Reasonable price to pay for fun. Definitely would buy again. ordered over the Easter bank holiday, didn’t have a confirmation email when I placed the order so I dropped an email 24 hrs got a response to tell me it would be delivered next working day after the Monday and it arrived, so no problems with delivery 👌”

“Really efficient service . I ordered a segboard for my daughters birthday recently . Seeing as covid 19 is so awful at the moment I didn’t think it would be on time but it arrived bang on time on her actual birthday. The product is brilliant too, very robust and featuring all mod cons . We are really pleased . Thank you to the segboard team you made my daughters birthday!”

“My eight year old daughter is really happy with her birthday present !! Easy to charge and use with a bit of practise - great for the back garden and the battery life on grass and gravel is really good. Appears well built and we all love it (all the family have been using it). Fast delivery, easy to navigate website. Thoroughly recommended.”

“Very quick to respond to enquiries. We ordered the wrong colour and was happy to change. The seg way is for a birthday present so not too sure how it works as yet but I’m sure it will be great. Very good price too.”

“The Segboard is excellent in design and quality and really straight-forward to get the hang of. I bought it for my age year old son, but equally, my wife and I have been able to enjoy it, along with our other two younger children. Fun for all of the family. The LEDs and speakers are a cool option and the chunkier 8.5 inch wheels lends itself to a variety of terrain. The battery life has been great so far with no issues. The buggy extension really lifts the speed of the Segboard so younger children should be supervised and helmets recommended! We all love the Segboard so much and would thoroughly recommend it.”

“Do not use this company, terrible customer service, delivery information said next day, I waited over a week before it arrived and no communication from the company at all, I had to chase them almost daily to find out what was going on. Also the hoverkart is very badly designed for the hoverboard, doesn't secure tight enough so after 1 day of use, the board is very badly scratched and scuffed due to the two metals from the board and kart scratching against each other. Above all they over promised and massively under delivered and ruined not only my son's birthday by not delivering on time, they also need to learn how to deal with customers in a professional manner, I own 3 businesses and know what customer service is all about. I will certainly not be recommending any friends, family or business to use this company.”

“Good service even during the current lock down. Item I ordered was out of stock so the emailed me with other option. Once comfirmed delivery was very quick. Not yet opened as its a present. Thank you.”
