“I ordered my radiator, it arrived on schedule with all component parts . It was a quick and easy diy install. Everyone admires it. It appears to be of sturdy construction and looks like it will last many years. Great value”

“Happy with the radiators and the delivery time. Our only issue was the courier split the radiators into 3 separate items for some reason.”

“I did actually return the radiator as it is a slightly different size to the one it was meant to replace. It's the same radiator but the specification has changed ever so slightly in the last 10 years. This would have meant making additional holes in bathroom tiles, which I don't have the time for at the moment. UK Radiators were great, they sent a courier to collect it, without charge and without any fuss or complaint. I will definitely use them again in future. Thanks!”

“Easy to use website with competitive prices. Item I was after was out of stock but I was told when a delivery was expected and when I was likely to get it. It actually arrived early. Nice sturdy radiator, now fitted and working well. Ordered valves as well which arrived within 48 hours as they were in stock.”

“Ordered a radiator, but got the sizing wrong. Asked James in the Customer service team for a refund. The radiator was due to be delivered the following day. James stopped the delivery, arranged for its return from the delivery company to the warehouse, and then sorted the refund, in full. During this four day period he kept in contact with me. Absolutely superb customer service. I wont hesitate to use UK Radiators in the future, and hope many future customers read this review. Well done James and Thanks again. Such a pleasure to receive good old fashioned service”
