“My towel rail is very smart - I have needed help from customer services - nothing to do with quality of the product- and they have gone above and beyond to assist me- I would recommend using uk radiators so you have the piece of mind that any problems will be sorted promptly and efficiently”

“Fantastic company, I needed to buy a new radiator to be fitted in my hallway so that I could have more room I knew I needed valves as well but wasn't sure which on so rang and requested a call back , they called within 5 minutes and the guy was really helpful and gave me the correct item number, the radiator arrived within the specified timescale it was delivered by Arrowxl and the drivers were very careful and the radiator was packed well , it hasn't been fitted yet and at a reduced price where could I go wrong. If I could give more than 5 stars I would”
