Ordered a radiator, but got the sizing wrong. Asked James in the Customer service team for a refund. The radiator was due to be delivered the following day. James stopped the delivery, arranged for its return from the delivery company to the warehouse, and then sorted the refund, in full. During this four day period he kept in contact with me. Absolutely superb customer service. I wont hesitate to use UK Radiators in the future, and hope many future customers read this review. Well done James and Thanks again.
