“Unfortunately I could not use it because the color did not match the radiator. However, UK radiators customer service was very helpful. They took it back without any issues and also paid for return postage. Best customer service ever.”

“Had a small hitch with the thermostat not being delivered with the radiator even though a couple of weeks had passed before I was ready to install the radiator and noticed the missing parts I phoned uk radiators straight away they were so helpful and understanding I received the conversion kit within 24hours of the phone call that’s fantastic customer service I will be using them again simple mistake’s like this can happen it how the company deal’s with it and they were superb”
