“I ordered a new electric bathroom towel rail which was delivered quickly and looked great. Unfortunately when the plumber came to fit it he found that the old towel rail pipework was buried beneath the newly laid floor so decided not to proceed. I contacted customer service and they were great about it, they arranged collection and a refund with care. A lovely group of people to deal with and I will definitely use them again.”

“We are delighted with the Carron Dragonfly Radiators, although they haven't been fitted yet. We bought them undercoated only so that we can paint them the same colour as the walls, and I know they will look wonderful!”
