“Good prompt service. Very good range of sizes, more than other suppliers I found. One unfortunate thing; despite the rad being very well packed, one corner had a small chip in the coating. Probably damaged in transit.”

“The radiators arrived the following day after order, which is unbelievably fast! They look good and were well packaged, although there was some paintwork damage to the larger radiator. Not yet been installed, so can’t comment on how they perform yet. Thank you.”

“Very pleased with the quality of these products only marred by a missing cap/plug for the top of one of the radiators! Fortunately my plumber had a spare one! Also one of the 2 radiators had a rust inhibitor the other one didn’t! ☹️”

“Have to say, they have nailed it! The order process was quick and efficient and the radiator arrived exactly as said. As it turned out - my building works changed and so I needed to get a different radiator and they responded to my request, arranged a pickup and and refunded me without issue so I can order something different. This rarely happens so smoothly - I can honestly reccomend them, and they deserve people's custom!”

“UK Radiators are great. Very efficient in what they do. Quality of product is good. Returns policy is very good. No quibbles. The one process that lets them down is transit of goods, by this I refer to delivery of radiators. Especially larger ones. They seem to always be damaged as though they have been dropped on the corners, just where the water connections are.”
