“Nothing wrong with the company as such, it's just that when the 1st radiator arrived, it seemed very well packed.....But upon unpacking it I found it to be bent badly. No way could I fit this, I took some photos, shoeing the bend (it looked like it had been dragged from one end and the other had dropped! bending it) I contacted the company via email with the attached pictures and they responded quickly and efficiently. They posted out a replacement....no problem (did not require the other one back) The replacement arrived at my parents address to save me taking it over myself. Upon unpacking the replacement, thou better and usable, it wasn't perfect 😞 No matter how well it seems to be packed the top and side trims were again a little bent and creased. Also in the sealed plastic bag, it didn't have the correct amount of fixings for the three mounting brackets, but because I had to bags now I had more than enough to get the Radiator fixed to the wall. But just be aware of this.”

Hello Antony, I am so very sorry to hear that the radiator arrived in an un-useable condition, and that the replacement was not perfect either. We will pass your comments onto the supplier so that they are aware and to see if they can use this to improve on the packaging as this, of course, is not ideal for any of us. If the top and side panels do have some bends/dents in them then please let our customer service team know as we may be able to send out replacements for this (not the whole radiator). “Sadly poor support and service. I ordered a wrong valve and requested them to change but they wouldn’t claiming the goods are dispatched. Made no effort to resolve the situation. I had also explained to the company one day prior to delivery that I was disabled. The driver contacted me whilst I was in the shower. I called him back but by which time he left the radiators outside the house. He was rude and refused to return to support me. I requested U.K. radiator immediately and they were useless in helping me claiming they outsource delivery and that delivery company refuse to provide support.In the end I had to pay someone just to bring the radiators in to the house. Disappointed and will not be using the company again.”

Hello Fatima, I am sorry to hear about your experience. I can see that your order had already been shipped when you advised the wrong valve had been ordered, in this situation as the item has already left us we are unable to change this, but advised it can be returned for free, for a full refund/exchange. It is disappointing to hear that the couriers left the radiators, they should not be doing this and we have raised this with them. We did try to get the courier back, as you know, however they were not able to return to do this. Please do let us know if you would like to return the valves to us. Kind regards, James

“I Was extremely happy with the speed of delivery (arrived next day at no extra cost) I haven’t fitted the radiator yet but I’ve inspected it and it is even better then I expected it to be, if all works ok on fitting I will definitely be using this company again. Very happy 😃”

“All I can say is WOW!!!! We had a storage heater before and it was old, very old and didn’t give any heat. The towel radiator is amazing, the bathroom has never been so warm!! Would highly recommend”

“Only company I found that supplied a 500w x 900h T22 double radiator which was bought to replace a 500w x 600 which didn't heat the area adequately. Order filled and delivered very promptly. The radiator was well packaged and the driver telephoned to let me know when he would be arriving. Happy to use the same company again.”
