“I wasn't impressed with the internal reducers supplied with valves, two leaked and i reverted back to two of the old 8mm valves. I've given the company 5 stars as they supplied my purchase in good time and quality of valve body was as described.”

“Unfortunately although these were marketed as 8mm TRVs, they were actually 15mm TRVs with reducing rings. This wasn't what we were looking for and the marketing around this felt unclear.”

“Ordered my Radiators in November 23 and it's now January 24 and they still haven't arrived. I have been promised them twice only to be let down twice. spoke with UK Radiators who passed the blame onto the couriers. About to ring UK Radiators again.”

Hello Jenny, Thank you for your review. I can see that your order was initially dispatched at the time of your order. Unfortunately the courier advised that this was damaged in transit and had to return this to us. We contacted you twice in December to inform you of this, and ask if this was still required given the delay, or if you would prefer a cancellation/refund. Once we heard from you in January, we then re-processed and dispatched your order again. This was taken out for delivery as expected with the courier, however their vehicle could not gain access to you as it was too large. This had to be re-booked by their small vehicle team, and we explained to you that the relevant department at the couriers would be in touch with you to arrange a suitable date for both parties. I can see that this took place as expected, and that this has since been delivered safely to you, and to the room of your choice. I apologise that this took longer than expected, however I hope that you appreciate the issues along the way that came to this conclusion. “UK radiators had a good choice of radiators at a very competitive price. I ordered a wifi enabled smart bathroom radiator which has now been in use for a month. The radiator has so far proved to be reliable with a good output. I marked the review down because the courier employed (DX)were hopeless,very poor communications and tracking. Although the radiator works well and looks good,pairing with the app is a nightmare,3 hours in this case. In conclusion I would recommend UKRadiators but not the radiator I bought,which is a:- Zennor - Chrome Electric Towel Rail H1200mm x W600mm Straight 600w Thermostatic WIFI × 1”
