“I cannot fault the service I received from UK Radiators. Radiator ordered was not suitable for existing pipe work. Received a prompt reply to my email, regarding returning radiator. Collection date was made to suit my needs. Team member I contacted by phone was extremely courtious and knowledgable. Service was exemplary.”

“Service is turned up to 11, Ordered midday ish, delivered midday ish the next day. I think that they were waiting for my order. The radiator ready in the office, the delivery guy sat in his van in the car park with my address in the sat nav. Must have been something like that to get it to me so fast. As I said "servics turned upto 11"”

“I ordered a Column radiator but after waiting for a fitter for a couple weeks due to Christmas period we found that it doesn’t fit the existing pipe work. Totally my fault. I contacted them and ordered another radiator. I had a great response from Jess and Rory and they arranged collection. They collected it the next day and the delivery driver couldn’t be nicer. He delivered the new radiator and he filled in all the paperwork for the return of the other rad. What a surprise that a company in this day and age can be so helpful. I can highly recommend this company. I have purchased a couple of radiators from them and I will definitely be using this company again.”

“We ordered traditional thermostatic radiator valves and stays which arrived almost by return. The delivery communication was excellent. Unfortunately, the radiator valves did not match the photos and description on the website, indeed the wrong items had been sent. I contacted UK Radiators and following my email to them containing photos of the valves we had received the correct valves were sent, once again, almost by return and once again, the delivery communication was faultless. We would always try to buy from UK Radiators as their products are competitively priced and their customer care on this occasion was first class.”

“What a huge selection of radiators to choose from! Thankfully UKRadiators had the perfect size and colour for my needs. I ordered online on a Sunday morning, the radiator was dispatched on Monday I received it in good packaging on Tuesday. The radiator looks great and performs well. It doesn’t get much better than that, thank you UKRadiators.”

“Great quality item , delivered soon after ordering and at very nice price . Some companies charge an arm and a leg for postage to Northern Ireland as they consider it not to be in the UK but postage was free”
