“Radiators are great, but not your delivery company. Rang me to open the gate and then left them there without a word. The gate is approximately 30metres from my house.”

“I will give 5 star for overall, despite I had small issue. But the response I got to sort that was very swift, so no issue. Simple to order , quick delivery, excellent customer support. If you face any issue , team is very helpful. Will use again if need to”

“Super radiator - delivered promptly and with all the fittings required. It also looked exactly like the photos! If I had a comment about the design it would be that something fitting closer to the wall - even 1 or 2 cm closer would be good, but I can see that it would be quite a lot of extra stress on the fittings if it were shorter. So, all in all, super happy.”

“Radiators look great, feel very solid/good quality and work really nicely, they do take a bit longer than traditional radiators but they definitely stay/keep the rooms warmer for longer. Radiators aside, the customer care was second to none. They were shipped and delivered to the Channel Islands quicker than I could get them delivered from a local shop and when I had a delivery that went missing over Christmas, all it took was one quick phone call and the support was brilliant with a new parcel being sent straight out!”
