“I would have given 6 stars if I could. I ordered a towel rail radiator but it was the wrong size (my fault). They were so helpful in arranging to return the item and giving me a full refund. Great customer service, highly recommended”

“Radiator and service excellent. Received promptly and radiator very well packed. I did have to replace one tail with a tapered one as the parallel one supplied just continued to screw in and wouldn’t tighten. Other than that very pleased and would use supplier again.”

“The radiators arrived very promptly and in good condition, however one of the radiators has no bleed valve and blanking nut have spoken with radiators direct to which they was going to send to me i am still waiting especially as the main depot is only 2 miles away.”

“the radiator style was what we wanted but when fitted there was a leak which delayed the builders and plumber the customer service was not good due to one department taking the complaint and passing it to another team to organise a replacement this could be more efficient by having one team to deal with the customer and give some kind of assurance that a replacement is on the way. your system is disjointed and could do with some improvement.”

As you are aware, we raised a replacement order yesterday once you advised us of the issue and this was delivered to you this morning.
