Hello, I am sorry that there was an issue with your delivery. I can see that your order is showing as delivered on 17th November. You contacted us on the 22nd to advise that items were missing, which we dispatched the same day for delivery the next day. Whilst we are sorry for the issue, we do always advise our customers not to book any traders until they have received and checked their order to avoid any potential costs. Kind regards, James

“The radiator is great. Exactly as described and delivered on promised timescales. Delivery was less great. I understand UK Radiators use 3rd party couriers, but that's their choice and they still retain responsibility. I received many emails from Tufnells explaining how delivery would work, but in the end they ignored everything they said and simply left the radiator leaned up against my front door when nobody was at home. It stayed there for a long time because we didn't return home until very late that evening.”

“So far I have dressed the radiator for fitting and I found the side of the electric element is not tight enough I have rapped it with PTF 13 times as a plumber advised. When the radiator was in the sunlight there was lots of stripes on it this doesn't look right. I haven't fitted it yet I bought it early so I could fix the beams in the drywall to support the screws.”

“Purchased 1600mm towel rail/radiator with a heating element. Very good price, much cheaper than other sites selling similar radiator. Delivery was fast. Fairly easy to fix, it took me 3 hours (but I am 75 and slow). The best bit is that it looks great, very classy, the anthracite colour is very smart and the on-suite bathroom is now toasty warm. The 600w element was right, a smaller one would not have been hot enough for a large radiator.”
