“Excellent customer service received all my items as ordered even when an item had sold out I was promptly updated. I love the variety of styles and shops available with the prices so reasonable.”

“Customer service is good. Delivery time, very good, no unnecessary delays. Price, not sure of the comparisons and how reasonable. However, work on a more customer friendly website. The registration portal and check out process i saw was complicated for a 'common' mwananchi like me, and requesting for TMI.... And when will it be possible to shop from USA? Products there are much cheaper........”

“I had never used Ukdukas before but i came across it one day on face-book when i had posted looking for shops that sell children s pajamas. Lorna responded and asked me to checkout their store. When i did i realized i could order items from the UK and have them delivered to me within fourteen days. I placed my order and Lorna responded promptly and my goods were delivered in ten days time. I am very happy with the service and i have recommended it to anybody who would care to listen. Keep up the good work. You have a very satisfied customer here Jane”

“I am very happy with the service. I was kept informed of my order progress till delivery was made in Nairobi.
