“I have used Uk Dukas since December 2014 , the customer service is excellent .The items ordered will always arrive on time you will get the correct item and correct size that you order .”

“Brilliant service from start to end. They came through with an answer to every query. Main concern for myself was damage to the product and was ensured packaging & transit is taken very seriously on their end- the product came to me without a fault and is already in use. Definetly recommend their services if a stress-free process is required!”

“I am very happy and confidently confirm that ukdukas is the best bless you can shop, advantages being : items ordered arrive in time if not you are notified in time, prices are reasonable, goods delivered into the place you need at flexible price, no extra money needed after paying for your item unlike others, ukdukas have the best team attending customer amongst many other things i cant mention. At first when i heard about ukdukas i never thought shopping with them will work till ordered and received my item in time then i believed ukdukas. I was once conned by other agents so i feared but with ukdukas they work with honesty up to customer satisfaction. Ukdukas hoiyee.”

“UK Dukas are amazing! It was so easy to shop with you guys. I sent a link and within minutes, I had a cost estimate. I bought a bag from H&M and it arrived as per the estimated time frame. It was in perfect condition too!! At the time the GBP to KES rate was a bit high so I cant comment on the pricing for now however, this is a really reliable and professional service. I love shopping in the Uk and since I moved back to Kenya, I have to wait for ages to get friends or family to send but with UK Dukas, I don't have to do that any longer!! ;) I can even buy them gifts without their knowledge since I know the UK Stores they love!!Thanks Team!!”
