“Overall Service was excellent, right from the payment platform up until product delivery. However, a few areas which can be worked on are updates regarding when the product has been received at the UK warehouse and when it is being dispatched, also an indication of the ETA for the product to Kenya would be reassuring & finally the level of service in respect to coordinating delivery to the customer can be touched upon as i had to follow up several times as to the whereabouts of the rider.”

“Ukdukas services provided are excellent compared to other companies. However, I think when it comes to prices , ukdukas is rather highly priced compared to others! I think to stay in the market they need to price there goods and services wisely.”

“Very good service, there was a gap in the Kenyan market for online purchases so this is great, however I would like to add that the charges are very steep. Usually when ordering things online you would be charges freight for the weight whereas uk dukas charges per item and the charges are very high,, almost double of what the item actually costs. So in short they are taking advantage if the monopoly they have created.. I would appreciate if they can reduce the prices slightly, of course they are in a business and they have to make money, but not too much.. I am sure if customers find it affordable more and more people will order through, I for example would definetely order much more”

“I'm very pleased with the service I got, they are very friendly and professional and my purchases arrived on time and in excellent condition. I was however a little nervous for a while there due to silence during shipping but I suppose I can't really expect a daily update. Overall, I'm a happy customer who will be back! Thanks”

“I was happy with the customer service and constant feedback. Due to that as a first time user it made me feel my goods were safe and actually arriving. The only thing is the time line up on receiving the goods is it workable to reduce the days to like a week. 7 days perhaps.”

“things made easier. I am a sportsman and finding good quality sportswear was difficult and expensive for me in my city Nairobi, thus made me stay away from certain trainings due to injuries wearing the wrong outfit, but things changed as I ordered myself sportswear from sportsdirect through this service. I was not certain on sizes and ordered a few casual wear for my kid but as soon as we received the consignment we put him on the stuff and it was actual fit to his age and size. I still recommend that certain prices like freight should be dropped by a certain margin so that we could afford more. thank you and keep up the work in serving us. be blessed”
