Overall Service was excellent, right from the payment platform up until product delivery. However, a few areas which can be worked on are updates regarding when the product has been received at the UK warehouse and when it is being dispatched, also an indication of the ETA for the product to Kenya would be reassuring & finally the level of service in respect to coordinating delivery to the customer can be touched upon as i had to follow up several times as to the whereabouts of the rider.
