You failed completely to deliver my order WEB6087-421 in spite of numerous phone call to you and your courier DHL who gave us numerous delivery slots none of which they fulfilled. They they informed you that the consignment was damaged. At that point you agreed to get the package back and refund my money back to my card once you had it back . DHL informed me that they had returned the consignment to you on 10 July 2023 but you still have not refunded my money 7 days later . This is a very poor performance and I still await my refund
