“My original piece of gardening equipment was damaged by the delivery company and was returned to ToolBox. I rang to sorted this out and the issue was resolved very efficiently. The replacement was received the morning of the very next day from making the phone call. Very good service and the equipment I purchased was at a very competitive price. I would definitely use ToolBox again for my gardening equipment.”

“Was delivered before I ordered it. Well Nearly !!---ordered one day late pm delivered am next day even though they said 3 days will use them again. keep up the good work. Excellent service. It just shows business can still carry on efficiently even in these strange times. Covid is the biggest excuse for poor service ever invented.”
