“I finally got my order through after nearly four months; a present planned for Christmas arrived just in time for Mother’s Day! I’d like to thank the customer service team who have apologised for the delay caused by Cervin and kept me in the loop, though it would have been a nice gesture to offer a voucher towards my next order, similar to one I received from another company when an order was delayed.”

“I brought a grey top and trousers set for leisure wear. Beautifully soft. Top good fit but trousers on the large size. I will keep them as it's only home wear. Very good quality.”

“No problem with the tights for my wife. Appalling customer service. I asked why I was charged postage after spending around £80. Mam said I didn't mark free postage on the drop down box. I thought that postage would automatically be free when you spend the required amount like any other company. He said I was very rude & would be banned from the site. Don't worry we won't be buying anything else from you!”

“Great service and breadth of products avail really impressive. Kept me well informed of the progress of my order. Only small thing is I had to pay in full for hosiery that was awaiting stock 10-20 days. A back in stock e mail would have been nicer.”

“I selected my purchase under the heading SUPPORT TIGHTS AND COMPRESSION TIGHTS (Pamela Mann modal etc). They are super soft, warm and fit well. Unfortunately the compression I needed to travel from UK to Canada was missing! My ankles swelled quite badly during the flight.”

“I purchased 3 pairs of knee length socks/stockings to wear with sandals to disguie my ugly toenails which have developed since having a stroke several years ago.Given the cold, wet and windy weather we are currently having it is not exactly sandals weather as such I have not yet been able to try them out however the pattern is exactly as pictured and they arrived very quickly.Looking forward to trying them out as soon as we get some decent weather”

“Range is good. Delivery is good. Service is, on the whole, good. However, item is 'on-order' so you pre-order the follow-up from customer-services is poor. Have had to send several emails 'reminding' them that my order needs to be fulfilled and each reply starts off with 'want a refund?' 'No, I would like my pre-order sorted'. Otherwise, why not just disable pre-ordering?”

“Bra is very good, comfortable but I have a job keeping the straps on my shoulders. Maybe you could add some sort of tape. As a way of keeping straps in place. I have the silicone type but they make your skin sweat. Many ladies suffer with this problem. Quick delivery, excellent service which is great.”
