Dear Christine Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I can see that we only had 1 pair in stock at the time of order, and we advised that we would send the remaining 9 pairs in 10-20 working days when we had received our replenishment delivery. When you place an order with UK Tights, we will tell you on the product page whether your items are in stock. If you choose any items that are not in stock, we will still charge you for the whole value of the order. Why do we do this? For security reasons, we do not store your credit and debit card details. We charge you at the checkout once, and with no records of your card details, we cannot charge you again. This increases our security profile dramatically and we feel that this is the best way to serve you, our customers. Charging you once also acts as a pre-order for the items, reserving the stock for you ahead of their delivery. This means that the stock will never be sold to someone else before you receive yours. After 20 days wait, we will notify you with an automatic email to ask if you'd like to carry on waiting, have an alternative product or receive a refund. You are entitled to cancel reserved items at any time by phone or email. I hope this is ok and we will look forward to completing your order very soon. Best wishes UK Tights Customer Service.

“Hello. The tights are undoubtedly good quality and price. However it was not a good surprise that the pair of black tights had a very strong smell all over, like it had been in a drawer with fragnanced lining or similar. As someone with sensitive skin, hence the need for cotton, I did not like that at all and hope it will go away in the wash. The grey pair of cotton tights is absolutely fine.”
