“Hasn’t been delivered”

Dear Helen, I'm very sorry for the delay with delivery on this occasion, and for any inconvenience caused. I can see that your order was dispatched on 22/08/2022 with Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-3 working days), so should have arrived by Thursday 25th. The tracking shows that it arrived on the 27th, so please accept our apologies for the 2 day delay. I will be glad to reimburse the postage cost to you now.
