“Fast delivery, two pairs Charnos tights fab. Do not buy Pretty Legs 80 denier, had a full day of pulling these tights up continually. No strength in waist, soft fabric, maybe too much Lycra?”

Hi Barbs Thank you for your recent order and for taking the time to leave feedback regarding the products. I'm really pleased that you are happy with the Charnos tights, but I am sorry to hear of your disappointment with the Pretty Legs. This is something we don't like to hear, however, looking at the size of the Charnos tights that you bought, I think the Pretty Legs may have been a little too small which is why you spent all the time, pulling them up. When you purchase a garment with in a small/medium or medium/large size, it is often worh going for the larger size to be on the safe side. Tights that are too small, will fall down whereas larger tights will stay in place, but pull up a little higher. “V short : bought the XL just in case . I’m 175cm and size 12 and they are only just long enough in the leg. Not v comfortable to wear. I’ll use them but won’t buy again. However, the service was excellent as always 🙂”

“Really disappointed with the tights. They were the correct size according to the charts, but they were not long enough and I’m only 5”7 even though I gave them a pre-stretch, the waist band didn’t hold up and so they were sagging down before I’d even gotten to work. They also got a hole in the crotch on the first and only, because they’ve had to go in the bin. I only tried this brand because it’s difficult to get a high denier nude tights elsewhere. The search continues. Waste of money.”

It certainly doesn't sound right that they fit so poorly, as the Large size should fit 5'6"-5'10". It may be that you received a faultily sized product. Normally, we'd ask that all faulty items be returned, or that you send a photo of the sizing issue to customerservice@uktights.com and include at least 2 body measurements as shown on the product's size guide.
