“Ordered 1 week go today paid nearly £3 delivery for2 pairs of tights still not arrived terrible service will never order again”

Dear Debra, I'm very sorry to hear of your disappointment with the delivery time, however, I can see that your parcel was delivered on time. At checkout, you selected Royal Mail Tracked 48 (estimated 2-5 working days). Your order was placed on the evening of 22/06/2021 (after our 4 P.M. cut-off) and dispatched the following day (23/06/2021). I've just checked your tracking and can see that the parcel was delivered on 30/06/2021 (5 working days after dispatch).
