Hi Samantha Thank you for your feedback. I can see that at the time of your order, we only had 2 out of the 3 items you purchased. We did advise on the product page, that stock would be with us within 10-20 working days. We anticipate our replenishment stock to be with us around the beginning of July and your remaining item will be dispatched out to you as soon as it lands with us. “Only 3 stars due to the very slow delivery, the "review us" email arrived before my order. Nine days is much to slow for a first class order. After five days I used the "contact us" system on the website to leave a message enquiring where my order was. I have never received any reply. Not sure whether I will use them again.”

Hi There Thank you for your feedback. I am really sorry to hear that your order took a while to reach you. When we send our items out, we always use Royal Mail First Class and we advise that it takes 1 to 3 working days. Sometimes they arrive the next day but sometimes we do know that unforeseen delays can occur. This, unfortunately, is out of our hands. Our customer service team are always on hand to help assist you in the case of delivery delays (both via email or phone), but we don't appear to have received an enquiry from you. “As always my order was delivered next day and well packaged. I purchased 2 pairs of stockings and an open bottom girdle. Very pleased with all of them and would highly recommend UK Tights.”

“I have ordered from UK Tights a few times now and I love their tights. The quality is spot on and they always arrive in great packaging. I am always spoilt for choice and having only recently started wearing patterned tights I have fallen in love with them. I will definitely be returning to buy more.”
