Hi Julie, Royal Mail no longer offers the option to include a returns label within your parcel, as they generate a unique label for each parcel on their website. However, you don't need to download a returns form as our link takes you directly to Royal Mail's website. (Copy and paste this into your browser address bar: https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/3545) There, Royal Mail will ask you for a few details and you may either: 1. print your unique returns label 2. receive an email with a QR code that you take to the post office for them to scan 3. arrange a collection at a time convenient to you. “I have bought Elbeo knee highs for many years in both colours and this purchase was even better than all the rest. I ordered it and it arrived the very next morning. Super efficient. The socks last for months and wash well so I could definitely recommend them to others.”
