“There is a great selection but only if they are in stock and often what I want is out of stock, why can you not keep up with stock levels?”

Hi Sally Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I fully appreciate your frustration with regards to some items being out of stock. We would love to have stock of everything all the time, however, just like any kind of retailer, we too face supply and stock issues from time to time. These issues can be logistical from the manufacturer, suppliers being out of stock, technical problems in manufacturing or even something such as a change in the weather. We know when there's a cold snap due because tights literally fly out of the door! We receive regular replenishment deliveries, which means if an item is out of stock, we can supply usually within 10-20 working days. If you choose any items that are not in stock, we will still charge you for the whole value of the order. Why do we do this? For security reasons, we do not store your credit and debit card details. We charge you at the checkout once, and with no records of your card details, we cannot charge you again. This increases our security profile dramatically and we feel that this is the best way to serve you, our customers. If there any ongoing delays, we will keep in touch with our automated email service. We always ask if you'd like to carry on waiting, have an alternative product or receive a refund. You are entitled to cancel reserved items at any time by phone or email. If you have any stock or deliver queries whatsoever, please call our customer service team on 01625 460180 who will be able to give you up to date stock information. “Have used this brand of tights for a long time now and have never had a problem. The last ones I bought were 15 denier and haven’t tried 20 before. These I like because they gave a darker body panel and they do last for ages.”

“I have used UK tights on a number of occasions and their range of tights and hold ups is excellent. Delivery is very quick and in a package which fits through a letterbox (not always the case for some companies). On a couple of occasions things have been out of stock for lengthy periods and I have had to cancel 2 orders but this is not the norm.”

“Whilst the tights were good quality, the sizing was awful. When the sizing of clothes is in a range (eg 22/24) I usually wear a size 24/26 as you didn't provide that specific range I ordered size 26/28 which usually is on the large for me. Diappointingly the size 26/28 was far to small couldn't gety them near me and unforntunately you do not exchange or refund on tights. Won't be ordering from you again”

I have sent you an email from customerservice@uktights.com requesting some further details, and for you to please send them back to us as it does sound like there is a real issue with the sizing. I too wear Glamory from time to time, and I have always found the sizing to be correct, so it suggests that there is something amiss with the tights that you have received. “I ordered I pair of oroblu medium compression tights and was very pleased with the, I was offered a code to claim 10% of my next order but when I ordered a further 2 pairs the code was rejected and I had to pay full price, which was disappointing”

A code can be rejected if you have entered it into the wrong box, for instance, putting the discount code into the gift certificate box and vice versa. “I have been purchasing a variety of tights from this company for a good few years now and have found them very easy to deal with. Easy to look for info on all products which is very comprehensive. It’s my go to place for sparkly tights as gifts for my daughter. It’s easy for ordering and paying in a variety of ways too and delivery is most often the following day. Oh and I love the purple packaging often used. Highly recommendable.”
