“I waited 8 weeks for the delivery of three pairs of tights. I was consistently told they would be arriving in 10 to 20 days but they took too long to arrive. They took the money from my account as soon as I ordered them. I believe it should not have been taken until stock was available. The members of staff who answered the phone were very polite and apologetic.”

Payment is taken at the point of purchase, as we do not hold payment information, to ensure your financial security. All in-stock products are dispatched within 1 working day. As you say, for out-of-stock items we tend to give an average estimate of 10-20 days, although this is not a guarantee. Depending on where in the world a particular brand is coming from, and how recently we placed an order with the supplier, stock replenishment times can vary. We regularly receive stock from certain brands within 1-4 days, but items coming from overseas may take 1-4 weeks. If your order is time-sensitive, please check with us directly for an ETA on specific products prior to purchase and we'll be glad to assist. Otherwise, it is reasonable to assume that out-of-stock items will be fulfilled within a maximum of 4 weeks. Unusual Delays Over the past couple of years, we have seen occasional supply issues due to manufacturing delays with various products. This is very difficult for us to predict and can be changeable, depending upon how a particular factory is affected at any given time by Covid infection, demand for specific products, as well as supply logistics. We also sell some products which, until recently, were produced in Ukraine. The brands concerned are now working to redirect production elsewhere. Due to these current demands and restrictions, some products may take longer than 4 weeks to come back into stock. However, this is rare and we'd like to assure you that the majority of items are still being replenished promptly. For the items that are delayed, we are working hard with our suppliers to ensure that stock reaches us as quickly as possible. If you've been waiting a while (or even if you haven't), we'll always be happy to offer you a similar, in-stock alternative, store credit or refund. If you're happy to continue to wait (as you were), that's great! In that instance, we'll always do everything that we can to get your order to you ASAP. Stock is reserved for live orders and is automatically shipped as soon as it becomes available. We also send a dispatch email so that you know when it's on its way. “From hip to heel I love the feel, The weave is silk - it makes me feel As though the threads of gold are real And radiant looks - their swoons in seal Upon the jaw drop peerings see But , alas , the package late Did usurp my evening dinner date Delivery date- come and gone And leg attire- I had but none So goods are good and deliv’ry poor I wonder if I ever more Inclined to be in legs of heaven As promised - thank you, brethren. “I recently bought a Passion Eco Adrianna Strip Panty Net Bodystocking. The pattern and general body fit is very nice. However, the straps are positioned in the wrong place and fall down. I wore this underneath a dress and it made me very uncomfortable all evening due to the straps falling down my arms.”

“Fake product? The product comes in original packaging, however the quality is terrible. Materials looks and feels cheap, poor stitching, and no identifiable brand marking. Genuinely seems like a fake product has been used.”

Thank you for contacting us about your order. Please note that brand marking is not a regular feature on Trasparenze products. Only a handful of products may have the name printed on the waistband. This is a design motif, rather than proof of origin. Please be assured that all of the products that we sell on our website (for all of our 100+ brands) are genuine. However, Trasparenze in particular is one of our longest-standing brands, as we have had a close working relationship with them for over 15 years. We have even been across to Italy to view production first-hand at their factory near Verona. All products come directly from them, but if you feel that the product that you have received on this occasion does not meet Trasparenze's usual quality standards, we can certainly look into this for you.
