“Very disappointing, paid extra for a swift delivery for my wife's favourite and 5 days later still waiting. Uk postal service is awful 😢 that said product range is amazing as UK Tights.”

Dear Customer, I'm really sorry for the delay with your delivery on this occasion. You selected Royal Mail Tracked 24 (estimated 1-3 working days) and I can see that it arrived after 5 working days. Royal Mail advises that this service is estimated rather than guaranteed. However, I appreciate your disappointment and will be glad to refund your postage in full. “Ordered 1 week go today paid nearly £3 delivery for2 pairs of tights still not arrived terrible service will never order again”

Dear Debra, I'm very sorry to hear of your disappointment with the delivery time, however, I can see that your parcel was delivered on time. At checkout, you selected Royal Mail Tracked 48 (estimated 2-5 working days). Your order was placed on the evening of 22/06/2021 (after our 4 P.M. cut-off) and dispatched the following day (23/06/2021). I've just checked your tracking and can see that the parcel was delivered on 30/06/2021 (5 working days after dispatch). I hope that this explains any discrepancy and we hope that you love your order. “The tights were beautiful on my legs but as I pulled them up the waistband came away from the tights. Hopefully it was the size that was incorrect and not the manufacture quality?”

“Happy with my first experience of buying from UK Tights, as through them I was able to find a favourite brand, Falke Cotton Touch tights and leggings, which are not easy to obtain. Useful to be able to pay for goods via Amazon, without having to create a separate account and think up yet another password! Order was fulfilled promptly, and the tights are as good as ever, though wish that Falke still offered the large range of colours that they used to.”

“The leg Avenue tights unfortunately are not wearable as such bad quality material. I would not recommend those. Yet to try the others I purchased. The delivery and service was fast though”
