“I have rated Good because the Quality is excellent. I was very disappointed in the sizing of £26 pair of Falke Tights. The Large Size was extremely small, so therefore I have wasted quite a lot of money in that transaction, such a shame.”

“Bought a pair of bold ups. Only the one pair as it was my first order. Put the first one on and there was a ladder at the top of it so has to send them back. Not sure I'll be ordering again”

Dear Customer Thank you for your review. I am so sorry to hear that you had to return them to us, and I can see that a full refund has been issued to you. However, I am a little confused. I have requested that the returns department let me have the faulty hold-ups, so that I can return them to the manufacturer, and they have no record of the hold-ups being faulty. They were closely inspected and didn't appear to have been tried on or to have had a ladder in them as stated. Are you sure that the faulty item was bought from us? “I've worn one pair of 50 denier tights (Pamela Mann Curvy Figure) for half a day and it's already ruined. I was planning to wear them to a wedding and I've wasted my money.”

“I hovered between poor and acceptable and the reason for such a grading is that ten days from order to dispatch is just to slow. There is nothing wrong with the product, they’re lovely and my wife is pleased with them but in this day and age ten days is not acceptable.”

I have taken a look at the order in question, and I can see that we were out of stock of the tights you purchased at the time of the order. We advised at the point of order, that it would be 10-20 working days, before the items would be available to send out. This is to allow for our replenishment delivery to arrive, be booked into our warehouse and then packed before being posted out to the customer. According to the dispatch details, I can see that the goods were received and dispatched out to you in just 8 working days. “I wanted a knee high that they didn’t stock from a range that they did by kunert. Good quality sock that lasts as with all kunert products. They were able to get them for me and in super fast time too. Excellent customer service by the ladies at U.K. Tights. Recommended!”
