“Everything about UK Tights is fine, but they hard when it comes to ordering potentially the wrong size -- no returns. This was my recent experience, and while their support was understanding and helpful, I won't be purchasing from them again if there's no forgiveness for such things.”

We do all that we can to strike the best balance in cases such as this, as ultimately, we always want you to be really happy with your order. We sell a variety of products and will always be happy to accept free returns on ill-fitting items such as lingerie, leggings, nightwear, and shapewear (as long as they're returned in pristine condition and underwear has been tried on over existing underwear). Hosiery, however, is unique. UK Tights - like all UK hosiery suppliers - is governed by strict UK hygiene regulations on intimate apparel. Tights and other hosiery are considered to be delicate, easily stretched, and can also be worn without underwear, making them an intimate product. By law, we're unable to resell a hosiery product that has been opened or worn. For this reason, it is our policy to only accept returns on items that are unopened, with the exception of faulty items. (For example, if the sizing was wrong, but the manufacturer's size guide on our website had shown that they should fit, this would be classed as a fault and we'd be happy to accept your return for a refund/exchange.) To avoid disappointment, it's really important to check the size guides on each product page, as sizing for different brands may vary. If you're ever unsure, our helpful team will be very happy to advise more exactly on sizing or anything else prior to purchase. Hi David, I can see that you placed your order on the 27th April and that it was dispatched the same day. You selected Royal Mail Tracked 48 (estimated 2-5 working days) and your parcel arrived on the 4th of May (4th working day). “Thanks as a new customer to purchasing tights as I am new to cross dressing and wearing skirts. The advice I got was first class they arrived within 24 hours..
