“Stock levels are quite hit-and-miss, especially when there is an offer or a sale on. I gave up ordering one of my favourite items on this site because they don't seem to have them anymore. The last time I ordered them I was waiting 4 months before I cancelled it. Another of my favourites is Gipsy 100d tights. This site shows 5 colours 2 of which are discontinued whereas Gipsy's site shows 17 colours in my size. On the plus side delivery is usually quite good and they do keep you informed when they can't get what they say they sell.”

Dear Customer Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, it's much appreciated. I understand that it can be frustrating when we have a special offer or a sale on, and we've sold out of the items you require. We always make sure we have a high level of stock prior to a special offer, more often than not, we will order in items especially to accommodate the deal; but we don't know how popular an offer will be until we run it. It's also equally frustrating when we are waiting for replenishment deliveries to come from our overseas suppliers, which can take a little longer than domestic brands. With regard to the Gipsy 100 denier tights, we would love to stock the entire range of colours that they produce; however, with over 25,000 different SKUs in our warehouse, it simply isn't possible. Also, coloured items are very much a seasonal range, with all fashions, they can come and go quite quickly. Our buying team studies study the upcoming trends and fashion ranges, and will order in colours accordingly. Apparently Neon is going to be big this summer! “I have used UK Tights for a number of years but felt the service and selection fell short in 2019. Firstly if you do not accept returns where the packaging is open then I suggest you always send out closed and sealed items. I have received several items from you that have arrived open. Most of which I have kept but I did return one such item. It was subsequently returned to me which I accepted only because I needed a new pair of tights. Secondly the selection and availability of products seems to less than previous years meaning that I have had to go elsewhere. I will continue to look at your website in the hope that the selection improves in 2020. On a more positive note items arrive quickly and the postage charge is more than reasonable.”

Dear Ms De Wolf Thomas Thank you for your loyal custom and for taking the time to leave a review. I can confirm that all goods that are sold are always dispatched in a new and closed condition. Some manufacturers have a security/hygiene seal, but some don't. There is always a viewing window on the packet, which allows the product to be viewed before opening the packet. Strict hygiene regulations, governed by the Consumer Contracts 2013, prohibit us from reselling items which have been tried on, unpacked or opened and so accepting an opened, non-faulty return for resale would contravene our terms and conditions of sale. All customers have to tick to agree to the T&C's, at the point of order. You can also find these policies on both the reverse of your delivery note or on our website ‘help’ page. I am sorry if you feel this is harsh, but it is a standard procedure amongst any retailer who sells items of an intimate nature.
