“I havent received any tracking info. Sent an e mail to ask for it and didnt get a response. I also havent received my order and not planning to order from this website again. First time customer here last time customer more likely.”

Hi Arzu, The courier automatically sends a tracking email, so if you haven't received this, we would advise checking your spam/junk folder. The tracking shows that your parcel was delivered on Saturday the 1st of November at 14:05. We have contacted you directly with a tracking link. “Hello. My tights have large holes on both the soles after ONE DAY of wear. These are £20 supposedly high quality wool blend tights. I’m deeply unhappy about it and would like a replacement pair or a refund please.”

As you say, these tights are normally of a very high quality, so there may have been a weakness in the fabric.
