“Ordered Thursday, now it’s Tuesday and my tights have yet to arrive”

Hi Kate, Thank you for getting in touch and for your recent order with us. Please accept our apologies for the delay on this occasion. Unfortunately, we've experienced an issue with Royal Mail's system, so all parcels dispatched on the 9th, 10th and 13th have been delayed. I'm happy to say that it is back to normal as of today (14th), so your tracking number has now been generated and your parcel is on the move (delivery in 1-3 days). Royal Mail should send you a tracking email, but in case they don't, I'll email the tracking number to you directly. Thank you for your kind patience.
