“I placed an order on behalf of my girlfriend and all of the order came except for two items with no explanation but there was messages on the invoice basically saying there maybe some items to come. I am waiting and I have been waiting for over a week.”

Hi Matthew, Thank you for your recent order. At the point of purchase, 2 of 8 items were awaiting stock. Product availability was shown on the product page, in the shopping bag before checkout, in your order acceptance email, and on the delivery note within your parcel. By purchasing "awaiting stock" items, you reserve the stock. The Black colour is expected back in stock within the next week, and the Sherry colour is expected by the end of September-early October. If you're happy to wait, these items will automatically be dispatched as soon as they become available. However, if you would prefer to either swap them for something else or cancel them for a refund, please let us know any time by emailing customerservice@uktights.com or phoning 01625 460180.
