The person who came out to do our PAT Testing was very friendly and helpful and got the job done quickly and efficiently. However, since that happened I have been getting repeated phone calls to my mobile that ring but never leave a message. As I didn't recognise the number and there were no messages, I assumed these were spam and ignored it when it rang - sometimes as many as two or three times a day. If UK Safety Management actually want to speak to me about my account they should leave messages and I hope now the account is settled the repeated calls will stop.

Prompt reminders every year. Staff pleasant and easy to deal with on site. Automatic Invoice within minutes of technician finishing and Certificate once you pay your bill !

Jamie arrived on the agreed date. He introduced himself and asked to be shown around the site. Jamie conducted himself in a professional manner and worked in a safe and tidy manner.

Testing was completed very efficiently and professionally. Engineer was left on his own and worked around the building without too much assistance.from us.

Operative was very quick He kept going off brief and wanting to test equipment provided by the Council, who maintain it. This despite being told otherwise

Quick and easy to deal with. The appointment date was changed a few times (at UKSM's request) but to be fair, they communicated the changes politely and efficiently. The quotation letter should be clearer about what "optional" services are included. The default position should be that the customer has to "opt in" to the additional extra services and not "opt out" at the point the technician comes to test the equipment. The Technician does not automatically ask if all services are required - he simply does them, then the invoice appears. On the plus side, UKSM credited the "extras" back to us when it was pointed out that the quotation was not clear. Overall, I would recommend.

The guy who came to us was excellent and very quick, unfortunately when i got the invoice it had extras on it. However the lady I spoke to took them off when I explained. I will be using again next year..

The service provided was excellent. UKSM turned up on time and on the correct date. The engineer/technician was friendly, helpful and polite and performed his duties without hindering any members of my staff.

The initial date for testing was postponed but a replacement date was easily reorganised . After that initial hiccough every thing went as planned and testing was carried out smoothly and efficiently.
