“Engineer was good and competent. Should be made apparent when providing costs that a pc for example will count as at least 4 items - monitor, base unit and 2 power leads. Everything with a removable power lead is basically at least 2 items”

“Surprised to pay for socket and microwave testing when the engineer did not ask about these. There are no stickers ( similar to plug leads )to indicate these have been done - perhaps this is normal”
