“engineer turned up on time ( great ) completed the job ( great ) explained the invoice will be sent via email and we have 7 days to pay ( great ) The Leeds head office called our office to check we was happy with the service ( great ) I explained I was in a meeting at the time was unable to talk properly, but he still carried on how payment can be made ( poor ) the engineer had only just left 1 hour.When I returned back to my office we had 9 missed calls from Leeds logged on our phone ( BAD).”

Thank you very much for your positive comments regarding the service received and the engineer who carried out your Portable Appliance testing. I am very sorry that you felt any pressure in regards to the payment, our main priority is to ensure customers receive their certificates as promptly as possible once the work has been completed. I am sincerely sorry you were called so many times, the matter is being investigated internally and will be dealt with accordingly as this is not our standard practice.
