We were happy again with the service we had from UK Safety Management. We are always contacted in advance of when our testing is due, which helps as we are a busy nursery. The contractor who carried out the testing was professional and courteous at all times.

Left a red sticker on one piece of equipment saying not passed do not use but didn't explain why. Also, didn't test all the equipment!!

All of our engineers are trained to advise the reason for any failures to a site contact. However, if the site contact is not available they will inform someone of the fault before leaving site. In regards to the missed appliances, we do carry out a Customer Relations call where any queries such as this can be dealt with immediately. The service we received was excellent - the engineer was polite and courteous and got the jobs done efficiently. The only slight issue was being phoned up and asked there and then if I wanted to pay by debit or credit card, even though we had already received an invoice!!

The engineer is excellent BUT the admin is awful. It is ridiculous not giving appointment times. Because I am not at the premises I requested twice that I be called by phone 30 mins before so that I could drive in. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN.

Good service & very professional, however it cost me £160 for half an hours work PAT testing.
