Quite expensive but very professional as you'd expect for the price. The engineers are always fantastic! My main gripe is the hidden 'extras' they charge for if you don't specifically tell them you don't want them testing, such as sockets and microwaves. Also they can't ever give you a specific time slot on the day which means the engineer was left waiting whilst rooms became free (our business is a GP surgery) as they send the engineer whenever and not when you think is best.

First of all we are very pleased that you were happy with the engineer who carried out the work for you and the service provided by UK Safety Management. We aim to provide a complete service which is why we offer the additional services, however, if this testing is not required then it is not an issue at all. Whenever possible we do try and send our engineers at the most convenient time for the customer. It is however sometimes difficult to give a specific time as the previous job might over run or the engineer may be delayed due to traffic. the service by your representative was excellent when he arrived. I had booked an afternoon check up with your company, only to be told at 4pm that he was stuck in traffic and wouldn't be able to make it. I was annoyed at this but accepted it. another appointment was made in which I stipulated that it had to be in the morning (it being the only time I had free), and I was told it would be the first job on the list. when by 10am there was no show, i contacted your office and was told that I was third on the list and it would be in the afternoon. As you will understand I was annoyed and repeated everything that had happened and the promise of one of your office staff, that it would be in the morning. She was helpful and sorted things out and your representative arrived at 10.30am. However this has left "a bad taste" with me and if it happens again I will most likely do what I have done with other companies that have not lived up to their promises, and take my custom elsewhere.

I requested and received advise that we would have our testing done first thing in the morning, the technician didn't turn up till 12.40pm which was extremely difficult as the building was closing at 1pm. The technician was quite pushy about having extra tests done and why PAT testing is so important - we are aware of this any do not need to be pressure into anything extra. An Invoice was not sent out until I requested it, this seems an odd way of getting payment?
