I requested and received advise that we would have our testing done first thing in the morning, the technician didn't turn up till 12.40pm which was extremely difficult as the building was closing at 1pm.
The technician was quite pushy about having extra tests done and why PAT testing is so important - we are aware of this any do not need to be pressure into anything extra.
An Invoice was not sent out until I requested it, this seems an odd way of getting payment?
