“I purchased a number plate and purchased fixings to find that no holes was placed in plate this is very annoying and stupid by the supplier”

“Poor quality. I went to Toyota to drill and fit it. The plate just snapped when they drilled it, so they gave me another one from them, (high qualjty) for free.I was lucky that I went to Toyota not to any garages, otherwise I would have ended up with no plate, just a hole in my budget.”

“Paid 10£ for next day delivery , but it took 2 days. Also i had to upload my personal documents. what i would never do and it is very dangerous and risky and very not safe.. Most important that i was upset with that only AFTER i maid a payment i find out that nr plates wont be sent to me coz i have to upload my personal documents.. this info should be required before they take a payment that i could cancel a purchase..”

“Ordered replacement plates 30-11-2022 and wanted a quick turnaround, so paid for 2 day delivery. Provided all the necessary paperwork and was told the order was accepted and being processed. Only to find out that there was a postal strike (not UK Reg's problem). However, when I tried to contact them, the phone was out of use and the only contact method was email, which was painfully slow. When I asked for a refund, I was told the order was not refundable.... Finally got the plates, 08-12-2022 (not 2 days at all). If you want number plates urgently, use Halfords, they will produce them for you in 20 minutes (make sure you have the correct paperwork). Would I use UK Reg Plates again?”

“The idea is great but the lack of service at the weekends is letting your service down. Since Amazon cab deliver at the weekend, why can't you? I'm a book publisher and often send out deliveries at the weekend - although I don't promise next day delivery. Soooooo to summarise, I ordered the plate on Saturday and eventually received it the following Thursday. Although the next day delivery charge was refunded. Quality of the number plate is excellent and the fixing kit v useful. Hope this all helps.”

“The plate that I gave on Saturday and uploaded all the necessary documents was delivered on Tuesday. Moreover, I had paid extra shipping for next day delivery. When I asked they said they don't work on the weekend. In this case, the order you place only four days a week will be in your hands the next day, those who have urgent business like me should act knowing this.”

“I feel I was tricked and cheated, After I ordered and payed!!! for my number plate I was then told I had to send proof, A picture of my driving licence, and vc5, now I do not know how to do things like this on my computer. The only reason I still purchesed from you was my niece came to visit and did it for me, otherwise I would have canceled the order and gone to Halfords.”
